- Why don't you publish prices?
- Because engagements differ materially by coverage universe, seat count, integration depth and governance requirements. Rather than publish a number that would be wrong for most institutions, we scope the package against what you actually need.
- How is coverage defined?
- ISI and METI are computed uniformly across every market Kilwa covers, and every subscriber in a tier receives the same published scores. What a package sets is seat count, access tier and integration depth — not a different set of numbers.
- Can our risk team review the methodology before we commit?
- Yes, and we encourage it. Methodology, the full input table with provenance flags, and the robustness testing are published with each flagship report, and we'll walk your due-diligence team through the models directly.
- Do you support procurement and vendor onboarding?
- Yes. Enterprise engagements include security questionnaire support and vendor onboarding. Kilwa holds SBA certification as an SDVOSB, which is relevant for federal and set-aside pathways.
